Has anyone installed a heatercraft heater on a pre-2013 A Series boat? I am thinking about picking one up from dealer or online for a 2012 A20. So I don't have the 2 built in locations on the dash. Could anyone let me know: - 2 or 3 outlet? - Where do you put the vents - How difficult is the install? Any pictures would be awesome. Thanks.

Is the 2 outlet heater sufficient? I cant think of needing more than 2 outlets. That would cover the non-riders in the boat who had to be there. Are you happy with your set up.
Thanks.

Mine came with 2 - if I put one in I would go with at least three. I run a Sumo bag up front so I'm not sure I would room to route them like was done in the thread I posted.

Thanks for the reply. I'm going with 1 stationary in the drivers foot area and then the two pull outs by the observer, like the thread you attached. Let me know if you think there is a much better spot for any of the vents. Dealer should start the install tomorrow as I pick up the boat on Saturday. Thanks again.

I just picked up a 2012 A20 with a heater. I have two ports. One in the walkway and one coming out of the floor behind the driver's seat.

Ended up with a pullout in the walk way, pullout in front of the drivers left and a stationary for the drivers right. Both of the driver vents are in the kick panel. The bow bag would crush the tubes when full. So I couldn't do the location shown in the install threads commonly found on this and other sites. Very nice accessory for Wisconsin.
