Now that Malibu has suggested you take your boat to Orlando and you haven't, I wouldn't be mad again at this local dealer given their history. You've been given an option and you haven't used it. It falls back on you at this point since you didn't want to tow it. Sorry but most of us on here agree with that you should've have towed it. As far as 2 weeks wait for service, I've seen it before but I was always scheduled ahead of time (this was a Supra dealer a years ago when I had a Supra).
It does suck, but I wouldn't give the local dealer the time of day! They're likely to eff something else up. ROADTRIP! Build a good relationship with someone that is willing and wanting your business, its more important than any local dealer just because they're local. Ocala sounds like a good reference from the post above. Mike Seipel is in Orlando I think, take a barefoot class ! Hit Hooters or even better ... a local 'fun' bar. Turn lemons into lemonade!
