its been 2 weeks now, they still haven't diaged a no-start, wtf?!?!

Now that Malibu has suggested you take your boat to Orlando and you haven't, I wouldn't be mad again at this local dealer given their history. You've been given an option and you haven't used it. It falls back on you at this point since you didn't want to tow it. Sorry but most of us on here agree with that you should've have towed it. As far as 2 weeks wait for service, I've seen it before but I was always scheduled ahead of time (this was a Supra dealer a years ago when I had a Supra).

It does suck, but I wouldn't give the local dealer the time of day! They're likely to eff something else up. ROADTRIP! Build a good relationship with someone that is willing and wanting your business, its more important than any local dealer just because they're local. Ocala sounds like a good reference from the post above. Mike Seipel is in Orlando I think, take a barefoot class ! Hit Hooters or even better ... a local 'fun' bar. Turn lemons into lemonade!

I have a great relationship with my dealer who is about an hour and half away from me. I could take my Axis to several local dealerships/shops if I chose to, but quality work and great customer service goes a long way with me. I would rather drive 2 hours with a smile on my face instead of down the road pissed off because issues aren't getting resolved.
