Agree what x_40oz said about the scratches. Based on the pics, those can be easily buffed out. I'd jump on that deal. Low hours, low price, and good looking boat. Take if for a test drive. If I wasn't set on surfgate, I'd jump on that deal.

Agree. Scratches are minor although the first scratch I got on mine I almost Sh!t myself. Over time you just take it for what it is and enjoy it. Most folks are not going to see that stuff anyway and just see an awesome looking boat. If it drives good and doesn't have any engine issues it looks like a good deal to me.

PM me. I can possibly make a trip down that way next week and would be willing to go by and test it out before you make the trip over here.

Don't let the hours be a factor. They are a bad judgement on how a boat was taken care of. Typically more hours means the boat was used more and didn't sit in a garage. For instance, I purchased my boat last October brand new. I have already put 170 hours on it. We use it three days a week, on the weekends from April - October. It honestly concerns me when I see a 2 year old boat with only 40 hours on it. Yes, it hasn't been used much, which also means it hasn't been serviced much either. If I was you, I would value you two identical boats, one with 50 hours and one with 200 hours, as the same.

Sorry, forgot to mention the price is down to $52,500

I dont want to get into it, but the guy was very rude, which was my ultimate decision factor. Like I said its a long story.

And I can understand the hours situation, especially if you find an older boat with low hours. This boat is a 13 so low hours I couldnt imagine being a bad thing.
