This might be a dumb question, but I have to ask.
Yesterday a couple of us went out surfing, and the wave was huge. Problem was, we were getting absolutely no push out of it. We had all the PNP's full, wedge down and also a 1100 sac in the back by the stadium seating.
Would the bow being to high cause this? Would it be better to put the 1100 in the front instead of the back? Would it be better to just use the stock set up and not fill extra bags?
Sorry, its a T22.
Thanks in advance.

I tried everywhere from 10-12. I am thinking I just had too much weight in the back and not enough in the bow.

Bow weight will always make the wave longer, but you will lose some height. Without photos it is hard to tell exactly what the problem is. How large are your PNPs? Do you have the bow PNP as well?

Bow down will reduce the height, increase the length from what I've seen. I've ridden differrent boards, some just aren't as fast and require more work (pump, weight on the front, off the brake). If everything is full on the T22 (we have the same boat with 750s and the small under bow ballast bag), you should have plenty of push. My guess is it was your board. Have you had success on differrent days?

I tried three different boards and I was pumping like crazy to keep push. I have the 750's and the bow bag. I think I just need to try it without the 1100 sitting in the back and see if that makes a difference.
Aguaskis, how fast are you going with your set up?

Strange.... seems that even with the 1100 you would have had plenty of push with that setup. Two things I find that make the biggest difference on getting an awesome surfgate induced wave are to have the surf side ballast be 200lbs or so heavier than the non surfing side and also have a little extra weight way back on the stern. We will be riding with an awesome wave, and then someone will hop up on the rear engine hatch on the surfing side to take a picture (yes I know this isn't legal) and the wave gets even better. Take some photos next time you go out!

How deep of water were you in? Anything under 10ft will kill your wave.

Im starting to churn mud up in 15 feet of water and noticing wave height impacts in anything less than 20 feet depth.

I hear things like this all the time. The first things everyone looks at is how much weight, how fast, blah blah.
Yeah those are important but more important is the board type, and the experience of the rider. Is this a setup you've surfed before with this board and rider? If so then something is definitely amiss. I'd swap boards and then riders to ensure it's not a "human" issue.
