What kind of deals are people getting on 2014 a24's? My local dealer is quoting over the phone 20% off new 23 lsv Malibus and 23% off on demo's. On the a24 he is at 5% off. The season is about over and I don't need to make 7 payments on something I can't get a good deal on.

I plan on starting at 25% off and hopefully will end up in the 22-23% range. I know the axis is cheaper than the Malibu but is the margin really that small? I have negotiated with tige and Sanger and 20% isn't to hard to get.
I have never been to a boat show what kind of prices are available?
What do you guys think?

Much less markup on Axis. There are also not that many A24's out there to buy.

stick with your plan. ALL boats have between 25-40 percent mark up. Even "price point" boats like axis, don't fall for that line. check out seedealercost.com its pretty much right on the money.

I wouldn't be looking at a left over 14 unless it was 25% or more off. The 15 is already out. go to only inboards and boattrader see how many a24 are still out there----LOTS. That's why the dealers don't want Malibu/axis releasing 2015 product info. They wont be able to move the boats they have in stock.

the new gearing on the trans would be worth the wait for a 2015 especially if your running the base motor and want to run lots of weight.
