roachy, that seems too slow to me. Has your speedo been calibrated? Is the wake clean on both sides at that speed?
Usually 20 is the slowest adults ride when they are learning, mostly to keep them from sinking and to keep the wake clean. I know the axis throws a clean wake at slow speeds, 17-18, but at that speed, most adults do not feel very stable.

Johnny, I havent had my speedo calibrated, But at that speed (around 16) it throws a really nice clean wake, with the tanks full, and wedge down,
Do U take ur speed off the speedo or off the cruise control? Should they be the same?

They both read from the same digital paddle wheel - always the same. GPS is what you need to compare and calibrate against. Make sure to calibrate at surf and wake speeds.
