Drawing below of original set-up.
When I added the bags I unhooked 'A' and hooked it to the top of the ballast bag.
I then unhooked 'B', trimmed it down some and hooked it to the bottom of the ballast bag.

I did purchase a short section of hose and some valves and now I just unhook the top and bottom of bag and connect them together. Would love to maybe put in some valves where I can just redirect the flow.
