Well I have been tire kicking for about 2 years and pulled the trigger on a 2011 Axis with the Raptor 400 Motor with 78 hours on it.
Boat is in great shape but has just a few minor issues.

1. So of course I am having the iPhone USB issue with my 5S like most people, need to get that sorted out.

2. It has the PNP system in it and is having a few issues; the left rear bag won't drain? Is there something I can try to get it to drain?

3. The previous owner also said the front PNP when being filled/emptied trips the breaker; he said he took it to the dealer and they said the pump looks like it is overheating and drawing to much and popping it. Any ideas on how to fix, or just replace the pump?

4. The rear underwater lights are also not working; previous owner said he doesn't think they are hooked up, any ideas before I start tracing wires?

Thanks guys and look forward to getting some boarding done!

Congrats! That's a gorgeous looking boat!

2. When you hit the drain switch on the left rear, can you hear the pump running?

3. You can check the wiring make sure you don't have a bad connection somewhere on your pumps, or the pump is not jammed with something, but that is a symptom of a bad pump.

4. check for voltage coming out of the underwater light switch, do you have power there? Then go to the lights at the transom and see if you have power there.

Thanks for the reply.

2. Yes I can hear the pump running.

4. I actually don't see a switch for the lights, I do have 3 accessory switch's; will have to verify 100% when I get home.

Thanks.

Check the lines to make sure they are not pinched or sucking air from somewhere.

Check those accessory switches, I'm not sure how factory underwater lights are wired, but I think its one of those.

My underwater lights are wired on the interior light switch. So for those to be on, the interior lights have to be on. I wish they were seperate, any ideas on how this can be done?

you will have to run a dedicated wire to the underwater lights from one of your unused accy switches. and disconnect it from your interior lights. Pretty simple job. Power is already wired to the switch, you just need to ground the otherside on the ground block behind the dash.

Make sure the bag is draining to the tank and no kinks

You should have an unused accessory switch. You should be able to isolate the underwater lights to the empty switch

I have had to take apart 3 out of 4 of my drain pumps. Not sure if corrosion or what, but the motor gets jammed. Take it aprt, flip the switch, I can feel it apply some torque, and hear the hum, but no go. Give the impeller a twist to break loose whatever is jamming it, and it spins away freely. Happened on both rear pumps, and the hard tank one up front. I've read sometime manufacturing stuff can get in there and jam it, but in my case, it was within the motor unit, itself.

Thanks for all the replies. I will pull the drain pump out and check it.

Also I will try doing that with the lights, put the interiors on and then turn on the accessory switch's.

Thanks again, I will report back.
