Smully how did this end up working out for you? Definitely looking to get one!

I actually just hooked it up yesterday. They were on backorder everywhere. It works great and was a super easy install. Only bummer is when you turn the engine off and over to just the music setting my phone needs to be reconnected to the bluetooth. I need to rewire my stereo so it doesn't turn off when I turn the engine off so I don't have to deal with that issue. Other than that it sounds and works great.

I preferred the way that my Centurion was setup, they had the stereo on a dash switch.

Could you wire the stereo into the acc switch on the dash if you haven't already wired anything into it?

Has anyone gone this route? Looks like a pretty good idea.

My stereo is wired into a toggle switch. Got tired of the music stopping when I turned the boat off and turned the switch back. IMHO having it wired into the toggle switch is the way to go.

I actually had my dealer do it and he said it was a little more difficult than he thought it would be. I am not sure what he meant by this. Was it harder to figure it out or harder running the wires, etc.? I will get under the dash this weekend and look it over and try to figure it out and post pics and stuff here for people wanting to do it.

It really depends whether or not the ACC switches are hot or not. If they are wired and capped, it would just be a matter of clipping and capping the wire that goes from stereo to ignition and connecting a wire from the ACC switch to the IGN wire coming off the head unit.

If the switches aren't wired at all, then you would need to pull a wire from the fuse block to the switch and get that all setup.
