Best wave I get is 8.9mph but unable to stay In the wake I just go over the back!
It's stock no plug n play factory ballast full w wedge down
6'0 surf board most buoyant but least rideable
4'8" wakesurf board better then ^
Do I need plug and play? With surfgate

Unless you have 12-13 of your closet friends in the boat WITHOUT the PnP sacks, you'll never get a decent wave out of you A20. Get at least 600's but 750's would be better for the rear and the arrow bow sack. Then try again at 10.5mph GPS and tweak your speed from there.

Yes, get PnP sacks. You'll be happy you did. I have a '13 so no SG, but like AJ mentioned 9mph seems slow. I surf at 10.6mph (listed) and know others who prefer even faster behind their Axis.

It should still be surfable without the PNP. Just need to practice your surfing skills. It looks easier than it is at first.
