Ya I think the grain is where they can add the carbon fiber or other types of vinyl, I've seen some without it and personally I like it better with it, mine has black cf grain around all of the cup holders and speakers and a few other corners as well

That is serious commitment to black! I think the window looks at least 6" too tall, and the blank vinyl is suicide at any latitude. I guess if you were a vamp and only drove at night....

FYI ...Submitted our order a couple weeks ago and was told it was the last of the 2014s to be made, looks like 2015s are coming. Spray date June 17. Several models are sold out for 2014
