Bakesonline has them. I would get the same size that is already on the boat. I think they are the 4.5" cleats.

You will have to ask someone with more experience than me about removing the seat backs. I would just get in the bow and look around. Chances are you will figure it out.

I think the front seats are bolted in place but not sure at least the ones that are visible from under the glove box are ..... I could be completely wrong ...... to me the middle cleats are never used and I wish they where up front

Thanks bro! Ya I kind of figured get in there and figure it out. Once I have that done, you need to come drill the holes in my boat... I don't think I can bring myself to it! I installed a tower on a buddies Crownline and drilling those holes was painful!

LOL ..... I know the hole feeling I drilled a 4 in hole in the outside of my buddys MC for his transom remote and the holes for the heater in my axis both times sweating bullets

The rear ones pop right off. I had better luck prying from the bottom. I believe the nuts that hold the others on are 7/16.
