I have the stitching issues too and found a couple minor gelcoat issues. The swim deck had been repaired at the factory but looks like when they sanded it down it got into the flake and made them bare (silver) but not overly noticeable.
The other concern I have is that when the motor (oil) warms up my oil pressure drops to the low 20s at idle and low 60s at WOT. When not warm it's fine (low 40s at idle and 80 at WOT). It sounds like it runs fine, no odd vibrations or sounds. Dealer says that's no problem and I know each engine is a little different but it does seem a little odd. I'll be digging in to this one more.
Overall I love the boat tho. My biggest concern is the tight skybox (and trans cover) seat. Gonna be hard to fix the trans cover fit issue.

I noticed that my Trans cover was a little tight too, but mine has some of that black rubber moulding taking up the gap. I figured that I would just get something different to take up the space and make it a nicer fit.
