So there I was putting my boat in the garage. I unhooked it from the truck, then go to push the noise into my garage. I then try to push it over the little lip on my garage floor and *SNAP* the wheel on the jack breaks off from the pole. Thank god me nor my buddy weren't hurt. We had to jack the front end of the boat up so it was high enough to get back on the hitch. Now my boat just sits outside, connected onto my truck, in this rainy weather we are about to get, until i can get another jack stand for it.

After looking at the wheel I couldn't believe it was just 4 little screws holding the wheel onto the pole. Anyways I was just curious if this has happened to anyone and if so is there a stronger jack stand for the trailer. Ill add pictures of it later tonight.

Yikes! That front jack looks pretty robust. I am surprised. I would check your paperwork. I think that there is something in there from the jack manufacture. Maybe there is still warranty, and if not I would still contact them. Bummer.

Wow! The wheel is pretty large and should roll over small stuff pretty easy without breaking off like that. I would contact Fulton and see what they say. Oh...I see you use the same cleaners as me:)

Trailer jacks always sketch me out. I NEVER roll mind over a lip or anything just because of how wobbly they are. My biggest fear has become your reality. Glad you weren't hurt. I also like the big single wheel vs the small double wheel of years ago.

Yea I dont know what I am going to do now AJ. Only way to get it into my garage is by doing what I am doing now. I have to go over that little lip in order to fit in my garage. Need to think of something because I would have to store it outside which I do not want to do......

Haha yea Fish, get the gun cleaner for free from work ;)

Is it an actual uneven lip or just a gap you have to push you boat over?
