I recently added the 1100 pound sacks to the rear of our A22. Just wondering how long it should take to fill the sack plus the tank underneath it. I didn't time it, but it seems to take around 25 minutes to fill. This seems excessive to me with 800g/h pumps. Is it taking anyone else this long?

It doesn't take nearly that long for ours to fill. Usually for wakeboarding I just click them all to fill and once the front is draining I turn them all off. The front is 950lbs so I figure that gives us roughly the same weight in the back. There are times I will keep the rears on though after the front is full. Just depends on how many folks are in the boat. I will try and time it this weekend while we are out and see. Doing a quick conversion an 1100lb bag holds ~132 gallons of water. The tanks hold 25 gallons so you are looking at 157 gallons total for all 1300lbs to be full. There is no way it should take 25 minutes to fill with an 800/gph pump. Should be closer to about 12 minutes.
