Update - happy as hell I think we're back to all Axis. Deciding now if we do jump up to A24 or maybe go for the T22...just waiting to test drive one and get to check out the ride on the wake. If anyone has any feedback or comparisons between the A and T wakes I'd appreciate it.

Oh on the MB...still a great boat and may check out the Tomcat again down the road. For now, we were recently reminded how amazing and consistent our A20 wake is so sticking with Axis!

I can't wait to hear the reviews on the T22 wake as well. The A22 was the main reason I jumped from my 2006 Centurion to Axis. Once I hit the Axis wake, I was sold. It was so versatile for me. I see a lot of people say they would prefer a wake plate over the wedge, I guess I am different. I don't ride with the wedge down but I do like change it shape it gives the wake. I feel like a wake plate only dampers the current wake, it doesn't give it the ability to make it steeper like the wedge does.

I can tell you the A24 is a massive boat. It has tons more storage, at least 3x the usable storage space of an A22. The bow is huge, the boat sits so much higher out of the water but still turns with one finger on the steering wheel. The only negative I've found so far is that you can't hand somebody a beer...you need to get up and walk it over because the cabin is so massive lol.

Matt, call up Grant and I'm sure he will set up a demo of the T22 for you.

I just picked up my A24 today and all I have to say is I am blown away. I owned a 2012 A22 previous to this. I put close to 600 hrs on it with virtually no problems in some of the saltiest water on the planet. So the choice to get an A24 was easy after talking to some guys who had ridden on one. I was not prepared for what they have done with Axis in just 2 years. I loved my A22 but to me it almost feels like a different brand. The interior is much nicer. The SS kit they put on them now is cleaner and looks so much better. Massive amounts of storage. I could not be happier. I will post some picks of the surf/wakeboard wake when I get it dialed in.

Looks like my A20 is sold so doing some final demo rides this week! Loved the T22 we rode, actually considering just jumping up to an A22 (best of my A20 but with more space and the newer features) or getting the biggest/best of everything and going to the A24. We ride almost exclusively on the California Delta so doing a demo with a loaded A24 this week so my wife can try driving it in the relatively narrow channels though.

I'm gonna have to agree with this. I feel that the T22 hull is gonna make it an amazing surfing boat as well! If I didn't owe 39k on my A20 and have like 50 hours on it I would be getting a T22. However, she's a cream puff still so I'm just gonna do the poor gate, 1235, bag her out and roll. I need to pay off my wifes 4runner and start banging down some payments before I think about getting a new boat.
