I know that there has been some mention of the difference between these props but does anyone have first hand experience? I'm currently running the 2419 but I have a 2315 in the garage. I'm debating on switching because i'm right at the point where the boat won't plane. Does anyone know which prop will plane with more weight? I'm running the 330 motor.

I understand that the 2419 has a more aggresivecup (more torque) but, I'm wondering if that helps or hinders when planing since it's only a 12 pitch prop.

I used both these props but I am afraid I am of no real help. The 2419 was the last prop I tested with my old weight configuration. I changed my weight around, loved it more, and then tested the 2315. So in my prop test thread the 2315 is kind of a bad test in that you cannot directly compare it to all the others.

definitely do some timed runs and check your rpm's at riding speed on the 2419 before put the 2315 on to test it. we are told the more aggressive cup nets better planing ability out of the 3 15" props (2419, 2315, 2313) but I do not know first hand.

What is your weight configuration now?

What are your RPMS when running 2315?

It's been all over the place. I have a T22. I have been running all the factory ballast then 800s in the back. Also have the T22 nose sac (don't know how much it holds) with 250 in lead under it. Plus I'm putting an 800 Ronix sac in the nose. I also have about 300lbs of lead bags under the seats in the middle of the boat. Then putting the wedge down in the lesser setting. I usually have to drain about 30 seconds worth out of the back sacs then it will plane off. The wake is huge and clean.

You're running approx 4500lbs plus wedge would be about 5500-5700lbs. That's a lot to ask out of the 330 motor. The 2419 is probably going to be your best shot but since you already have the 2315 let us know how it goes. It'll only take you 10-15 min to swap it out. I personally think it's more the small motor vs what you're asking it to do.

I would be interested in the difference as well. I own a 2014 A22 with the Cinco Prop and the 330 motor. Weighted down it washes out and has trouble getting me up to even surfing speed.
I am considering the 2315 and the 2419. Anyone who has had both on a similar boat?
