Wow, it seems lots of folks have problems with the PNP. I thought I'd be smart and let the dealer do mine. 3 trips and it's still not working right. So, see what you think about this since you've now taken yours completely apart. Originally my stock wakeboxes worked great. They installed the PNP and the first problem I had was the factory front wakebox would empty while pulling a rider. 3rd trip to the dealer they fixed it again which resulted in the front wakebox not filling at all. My PNP Sac seems to work fine. Now though when my PNP Sac gets full it spits water out two of the front vent holes. Any thoughts? I'd like to try to fix it myself rather than make a 4th trip to the dealer...Thanks.

Sounds like your vent and drain. How full is the sac and how long does it drain out the side after filling? Does the sac drain after every time you drive? What happens when you fill and the boat doesn't move? In my case, the fill pump for front sac has the drain hose on it. The drain has the sac fill and sac drain on it. Going to flip the hoses tomorrow. I have to warn you- it's a major PITA working through the small screw top access panel. I'm sure I'll be cussing tomorrow night.

I believe I fixed the issue. will find out tomorrow. the pnp fill pump was connected to drain y-connector. disconnected it and routed it through the hole in helm for pnp vent. I added the one way valve and attached. Initially, the pnp fill and drain were connected to a drain pump (loop). Went to home depot and got some reinforced tubing and connected it to the drain pump, then to the y-connector for front/center tank drain.
I wanted to make it a little cleaner not having to buy hose and route the fill hose straight up, but working under there is aweful. No sight and no room to work. Would have to pull gas tank to get everything the way I wanted. Maybe this winter.
