For those with the 2013+ PNP, how are you all installing the rear drains on the rear sacs? The front drain seems simple. The rear seems like it will get kinked due to the location. Does anyone have a solution to resolve this? See picture.

You can cut a few inches off that hose so the port on the bag is as far back as can be.

I think Axis just attaches X amount of hose and caps it off leaving the consumer enough hose for his needs.

Do you think that will be okay with 900lb sumo sacs? I feel like it would put a lot of pressure on the fitting by doing that. I was thinking about using a couple of elbows to get the hose all the way to the back of the boat and the connect it up to the bag.

Any elbow will reduce flow.

I would recommend getting a couple feet of new hose, removing the small black plastic cover and replace the hose with the longer new one. then you can loop it back and connect to the bag. letting the 900 sumos sit as far back in the compartment as possible. just a thought.

The picture I posted is our A22 with Sumo 600 bags, but our A24 is setup the same way with Sumo 900 bags and we have no issues with it.

Had everything loaded up for the demo day we had a few weeks ago and it held just fine.

looks pretty good to me. beats looping it around. are you adding a vent or no? it would be nice to see some pics with 900's half full to see how the bag positions itself with either way of attaching it.

I can take some pictures tomorrow when I test it out. I plan to eventually add a vent. I need to order some hose and a couple of fittings before I do. I am curious to see how much I need to vent it tomorrow in order to get it full. I still got to finish putting the arrow bag in tomorrow morning also.

I put an elbow on it. I know it will reduce flow but I'd rather have the drain function properly.

Buddy of mine made them too short in his a24 and had multiple instances of the fitting coming off the bag and draining into the bilge of the boat.
