So I believe the T22 is priced a little lower than a similarly equipped A22. However, has anyone else noticed the T22 has carpet on the seat bases like our big fancy brother 'Bu does? In addition, the edges of the seat cushions have a more pillowy, luxurious look on the T22 and A22 seat cushions are just flat. The T22 seat cushion accent (the cushion panel where you calves would rest against) can also be matched to the hull, where as on the A-series I believe those can only be white or cement (correct me if I'm wrong on that)

I noticed a couple days ago on the Axis site that in the "build you boat" area that you can now add the accent color to the cushion panel. it also adds it to several other areas around the boat. We have now totally changed our minds on interior colors for our boat. I have noticed the cushions do seem to be more "full" on the T22, but not in the bow area. We are going down to the dealer to order our A22 today. I will check and see what new options are available.

Could the carpet issue be because the T22 is using the older Ride molds? Not 100% positive but I thought since the Ride was moved out of the Bu line the mold is being used on the T22? So having the carpet option is easy since that was the way it was done on the mold when it was a Bu mold.

I have noticed the accent colour like you said. If you can make it the accent colour it will bring a entire new look to the A22. I hope to order it with a vapor blue accent on the accent if you can do it! I should find out tomorrow if it is a glitch or you can actually do it!

We got our A22 ordered yesterday. The dealer didn't know anything about any changes made. They also did not have a T22 so I did ask about it. We went on to the axis website to the build section to verify my colors and those new options were not working at the time. I've tried twice today, worked once and didn't the other. I don't know if its just a glitch or what. We changed our vinyl choices once again at the dealership, so we ended up using the old colors and patterns. If we didn't live in such a hot climate that limits us to very light colors we would have wanted to use those added accent color areas throughout the boat. Sorry wished I had better info to share.

Is this true about vride? The old vride "vlx" was a 98inch beam and 21ft. Did the just stretch it?

As far as I know, the T22 is the only Axis to get the fresh new interior. The A2X boats interiors are the same as 2013.

For a fee you can change the accent on the seats to anything you like. I have a A22 built up with a vapor blue cushion accent, which brings a lot of colour into the boat and looks sharp. It was 400 dollars to have this done instead of white or cement. There is a picture of it on another thread on this page titled "a22 color scheme"

So I did get the info on the T22.

It is a new hull for the T22. It is not a retro of an older hull. The design of the new T22 is similar to the new 23 LSV hull design.
