I talked to HeaterCraft today and they are offering us a group buy on heater and/or shower units.

Heater unit being offered is the one that Axis uses and installs from the factory.
It is the 300 Pro System listed here.

The shower unit is the 100 Pro and is listed here.

If we can get a total of 8 heaters OR showers or any combination of the two then we can get a 30% discount.
Heater retails for $649.99 with group buy it will run $454.99
Shower retails for $499.99 with group buy it will run $349.99

This group buy is being done direct with HeaterCraft. If there is an interest based on this thread then they will email me a discount code and I will be able to PM it to each of you that is interested. I don't have a time frame yet but would like to have this completed within about 3-4 weeks. Once codes are sent out we will have a 1-2 day time frame in which to get all orders entered in order to get the 30% discount.

Talked to them extensively today and the install seems pretty simple and straight forward. They are also available to talk via phone to help with any installation questions.

I'm Interested but what's the difference between the pro and sport model besides price.

The NEW 300 Sport is a three outlet intro heating system- This system is designed to upgrade a previous system or to be sold to a dealer who has hardware needed for proper installation.

The NEW 300 Pro is a complete heater system and includes everything needed for a professional heater installation including heater hose, clamps, hardware, vents, switch, and installation instructions

Looks like this is the only difference....
-50 Feet of Heater Hose
-Low Idle "Y"
-Brass Fittings

I can check with them and see if they will offer the 300 Sport if that is the one you need.

Two things.....
1. I will have an answer about what they will offer. My guess is that they will allow us 30% off on any heater and not just the ones I originally listed. (stay tuned...)
2. For those that are interested, could you please specify what you are interested in. Heater...., shower...., or both. Thanks.
I was originally against a shower but then talked to someone here that said they put on their wetsuit and then filled it with hot water before jumping into the water in December. Not too bad of an idea.

If that discount could be applied to the 200 Pro than I'd probably be in.

The discount can be applied to any of the heaters or showers on their site.

1joeyh, you will be able to get the Pro 200 if thats the one you want.

PotatoShack, there is a difference in the Sport vs Pro package.

The Pro has everything you will need including all fittings, clamps and hoses. The Sport package was put into place to offer to dealers that do these all the time and have all of the stuff in stock to complete the installation. If you still want the Sport package it shouldnt be a problem.

Havent set a deadline to the offer just yet as it is still plenty warm here in Alabama. Hope to get this wrapped up and completed within about 4 weeks. Should give people plenty of time to get them and install them before the cold weather hits. Open to ideas and suggestions if yall want to close it down sooner.
