I want it. Why'd you switch it out/what did the 2773 so for you? Just curious.

I tried a 2313 first and it did good but my RPM's shot up quit a bit. The 2773 is a bit stronger than the 2249 and RPM's only went up a little bit.

I have the 2249 on my T22 w/ 409. Have been struggling a little getting to speed wake surfing when fuel tank full and six adults. Have 750's in rear and 650 front PNP. W/ wedge down. Even with two adults up in bow, I can't get cruise to reach 11.2, it hovers between 10.6 and 10.8 I feel like I need just a little more push to get the perfect position. I have been letting little water out; hate to do that. Will be researching my options. Let me know how 2773 does for you.

Very odd.. I have the same motor and prop in a heavier boat with more ballast and people (I often run 8-10 people) and no issues surfing at 12 all day long. That being said I just ordered a 2419 for wake boarding with more weight but currently I can run a full crew with wedge down and no issues wake boarding.

I bet it's an elevation difference. You are lucky to be at 300' in Issaquah. I'm at 2100 in CDA and it's a significant difference. He may be even higher.

Yea it helps. I also vacation at Blue lake that is over 1k ft.. honestly I really don't notice much of a difference if any.

Altitude makes all the difference. I am currently in process of figuring out my A22 with 409 at 5500ft in Colorado. After the 2419 wasn't enough I have OJ tuning a custom 985 for me to try and get the boat to plane at wakeboard speed with full ballast.

Right now it gets stuck at 11.4mph with ballast full and just pushes water.(no wedge) That is at 3400-3500RPM. These motors don't really hit their peak power and torque until 3800-4000RPM so we are trying to take some cup out and see if the rpm can increase a bit at those speeds to push the boat over the planing point. Time will tell but the one thing that is apparent is that the altitude makes a WORLD of difference in these things.

No doubt it does just surprised how much it affects some boats.

Honestly I was too. Especially with them being EFI. someone needs to make an add on supercharger kit for these. Forced induction would not suffer with the altitude the same way.
