Just got our boat last summer and am kinda new to the game. Just wondering what the process of unwinterizing boat looks like. Thanks for the help.

That depends on how it was winterized. Did they reinstall all the plugs? I would ask who you had winterize it. My dealer reinstalls everything when done so it is as simple as just putting it in the water!!

In many cases you should have to reinstall the battery(ies). I prefer to do fluid changes prior to winterization so there are new fluids during storage, but you may need to check where you are with that. I also like to change my impeller yearly. Cheap part that is a vital piece. I also leave my ballast bags unplugged. Have to put those back.
Its not a bad idea to hook it up to a hose and run it in the driveway for a minute prior to heading to the launch.
