Did some searching and only found where people were aligning the steering wheel. Mine appears to be aligned correctly with steering wheel and rudder straight on, but we are still getting a pretty strong pull to the right (wheel needs to be held at 90 degrees to somewhat stay straight) while underway. Manual shows that we have an adjustable rudder for situations such as this, and just wondering if anyone has tried it and how successfully. Sounds like there are no measurement marks, and the manual suggest 1/8 to 1/4 inch to start and then test driving.

Were you able to get this adjustment correct? I realize your post is quite old.

I tried the rudder adjustment and it didn't fix the issue best thing to do is take a picture of what is straight ( on the water boat moving straight) then when out of the water move the rudder to the straight position and then move the steering wheel to match the picture you took. Then go under the dash and find the long black box. That's the gears that move the rudder when you turn the wheel, undo the four bolts that hold the gears together and when they are separated straighten the wheel. Then have someone hold the wheel straight while you reattach the gears together. That should correct you issue
