My boat didn't come with a ski pylon and the dealer qouted me $270+tax for an o.e. piece. I think thats way overpriced so i made my own. Let me know what you think.

Looks great! Better than oem. What did you have to do structural? What year is your axis?

I made it out of 6061 aluminum.

My boat is a 13 model. It already had the mounting plate under the middle cup holder. All I had to do is drill the hole in the bottom of the pylon after I finished machining it. I went a little overboard and drilled it out to 1" bolt. As far as any older axis boats I'm not sure how they mount.
