Well after my first build went great I decided to make another one and make it look as good as it performed so here it is.

I started with a dual suction cup handle from Amazon

COSMOS [emoji768] Heavy Duty Aluminum Double Handle (2 cup) suction cup plate/pad for lifting/pulling glass+ COSMOS cable tie https://www.amazon.com/dp/B007VL3CB0/re ... FxbWWACMT9

Then I also picked up a sheet of plastic

Seaboard High Density Polyethylene Sheet, Matte Finish, 3/4" Thick, 12" Length x 24" Width, Polar White https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00JPHC0HA/re ... Fxb6YACB97

A few stainless screws from Lowes and time to start cutting

I cut everything on my mitre saw and then used a router to smooth out the edges, the angle was a preset lock in my saw at 22.5 deg and I used that so the cut would be precise on both supports. ImageImageImage

looks awesome walter!! Question: Isee you have your panel at an angle but it looks like the Delta is straight. Could be the pics but do you have any thoughts to this or do you see any difference?

The delta does sit at an angle but it's not as much as mine is, I did it with more angle because mine is bigger in height and width by an inch and figured it wouldn't hurt.

This is a wall of text but the guys on team talk are running it at 90 deg with a shelf bracket. Check about halfway through this thread and you'll find some neat designs, those guys have been building a lot of these things, lots of pictures and measurements.

Awesome! Did you make the whole thing from just one sheet of that plastic?

Can anyone chime in on the best way to connect the suction grip to the HDPE? Bolts through the handle portion?

Yup - bolts through the handle. If you go though the cup sections, then you have to remove/reinstall the suction cups.
