Ok, I take delivery of my 2011 A22 tomorrow. It has the PnP system plumbed from the factory, now I'm just deciding on rear sacs. My g/f and I do surf pretty regularly when we take the boat out but not every trip out. We both are goofy footed and I'm just wondering if I should get the 1100 or 750 sacs. I've had the 1100 sacs in my Moomba XLV but the rear locker was bigger (a lot longer) than the A22. Is there an issue with the engine divider wall bowing and/or needing extra bracing due to the force of the 1100? I have two extra 400 sacs that I will use under the surf side seat and/or on top of the surf side seat. Thanks for any advice.

We have the 1100s in our Axis and yes you should re-enforce the engine divider walls if you go with the 1100s. You won't be able to fill the 1100s up all the way but you will be able to fill them up to more than 750lbs.

What do you guys do to "reinforce" the engine divider walls when you are running the 1100's? I'm about to order bags and was trying to decide between 750's and 1100's.

Dude used what looked like box or square tubes cut to fit. Have the 750's and just ordered a 1100.

I used shelve rails from lowes (in the gladiator garage organizational section). 1 rail per panel.

The rails go on the side that faces the engine. Leave 3/4" gap on the top and bottom for proper fit. I also reinforced the bottom channel with few extra screws.

Looks sharp, was just getting ready to cut some aluminum angle iron but the rails look much better and there coated.

I'm thinking I'm going to get the 750's. Will I need to reinforce the dividers with the 750's or is that something mainly needed with the 1100's? It's my first Axis and haven't actually seen how it's going to lay out yet, but wanted to get the bags ordered so when the boat gets here, I can throw the bags in almost right away.

750's fit fine. When I surf I just throw 150-200lbs of lead bags against the very back wall (transom) as well for extra weight.
