I suggest adding a toggle switch from bakes.com with a music not icon that powers your stereo and bluetooth. It's annoying to have bluetooth repairing every time you turn off the engine (and you should turn off the engine when switching riders)

Just turn to acc position at it never shuts off...

I wired my head unit and fusion Bluetooth adapter to a spare acc switch. Works great now. Guest drivers don't always put the key to acc position when turning off the boat.

Ok- I forgot how the axis key worked. I was thinking acc position was left of off (acc, off, run, start) like old American cars used to be. I swapped out the key for a keypad shortly after getting the boat. I just remember my wife shutting it off and and being a pain to reconnect the bluetooth. Bluetooth has gotten better since then too.

What keypad did you install? Can you post a pic?

ACC on the ignition IS left of off. Exactly why I put mine on a switch.

I just wired it the right way today. BT now works in the Acc position.

Moderate install difficulty. 8 wires to splice and some dash dremaling. Had to relocate the Cruise button (they are straight, its an illusion because one is tipped forward).

Moved the accessories control (key one click to the left) up to the "Acc" switch just above. I like this better since my wife loves to turn off the boat between riders and that messes with my bluetooth link. If you do go looking for one of these, watch out for the outboard version - it has choke and no blower control.
