Have a new a22 the trailer isn't galvanized just straight painted. I ride in mostly brackish water, so the trailer is eventually going to rust no matter how much i fresh water rinse it etc. Has anyone ever heard of rhino lining a trailer for rust prevention? I guess the biggest issue would being able to get inside the tubes and coating that as well.

I think it would be fine on the outside. As you state the biggest challenge would be the inside. It seems that most of the cross members are sealed shut due to the welding with the exception of the ones wired for lights. Those you might be able to spray with something using an extension (see about 4:20 into this video - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nUSXm4tMKuo).
