Well, it looks like my bilge pump kicked the bucket after 100 hours or so. Maybe the previous owner left it on once, or maybe I did, who knows.

Has anybody replaced their bilge pump themselves? Is it a PITA?

Where is it located? Hopefully it's not too difficult to get to...

Thanks!

Can I get to it from the rear lockers with the fat sacks, or do I need to unscrew the big plate in the center of the cabin? Got any pics?

You can get at it from the rear locker. Here's an image from the port side. If you press the circled tab the pump disconnects from the base as shown in the second image.

Perfect thank you! Is there a particular brand or type of pump I need to replace it with? Does it have to be the same pump?

It doesn' have to be the same, but given the base is screwed into the floor I would go with the same one. This is the one I have (2009) - http://www.attwoodmarine.com/store/prod ... 50-750-gph.

That ad says 3 year warranty. Maybe yours is still covered?
