Ok, I am trying to decide on some colors. I am thinking about going with a tricked out theme and the base being either Charcoal, Light Graphite, or Platinum with the Vapor Blue accent. Problem is, I have not seen any pictures with the Light Graphite or Platinum. Does anybody have any that will help better represent the color than the "Build Your Own" on the website?

I have seen that one. I like it, however, wondering about the dark color and keeping it clean. I was hoping the platinum or light graphite would be easier to keep clean, but maintain the look I want.

I am not sure what color this is (I think charcoal but maybe graphite) but that is a handsome dude in the back. The boat also looks good, especially on the water!

No matter what color you choose it will be just as hard to keep clean...that's the truth. Look at like this, IF you take a lazy boat owner and give that lazy boat owner two boats, a light color and a dark color, of course the light color will APPEAR to be clean from a distance but up close BOTH boats will be equally dirty...the dark color just shows how well the owner takes care of or neglects his or her boat. IF you are the type of person that does not like to maintain a boat then get a light color because it will only APPEAR clean from a distance but up close it's dirty still. I have a black Axis and the only hard part to wipe down is directly under the bow and of course the underside of the hull...but that's will all picklefork bow boats (you just have to reach more). A good coat of wax 2-3 times per year (if you have a long season) will help make getting the scum line and water spots easier IF you wipe down everytime you take the boat out.

I agree with that! I am overly picky on keeping my current boat clean, and it gets washed with soap and water after every trip. I am just worried about water spots. I currently use the babes spot remover and it works great, but I can imagine the spots will be harder to get off on a dark boat. I just don't want to regret getting a dark boat because it looks cool.

Haha... I didn't realize that pic was a banner. I would like to put that in my garage when they are done with it.

That color looks really nice on the water.

My boat has a black wrap and although it shows water spots, I just wipe it down every time I use it. If the hull gets scum on it from leaving it in the water for a week, I will clean it with starbrite and re-wax.
