So I noticed some cracks starting in the fiberglass where the tower mounts to the boat. This really bums me out especially since I have yet to wakeboard behind my boat. I've been stuck surfing due to a knee injury that I'm healing from. I've had a few friends wakeboard behind my boat but I ride a lot harder than they do. Has anyone had issues with this? I'm turning it in for warranty but not exactly sure what they'll do or how it's going to look when they are done...

That sucks. What speakers (and any other weight) do you have hanging on it? Do you trailer it?
No cracks here on the 2010. I just tightened the hex bolts last month, but will check again this weekend.

Didn't get a chance to deal with pictures yet. No speakers on the tower but I trailer the boat about 6 miles to and from the water.

Do you trailer with the bimini deployed or a z5 rack by any chance?

Only with the Bimini zipped up in the case, and the boards stored in the truck or hatches.

Thats good. Just curious how much more the Z5 or wetsound 410s are adding stress to the tower. your the first with a complaint that I have seen - sorry.

Nope, got the ski pylon just for that reason. The pictures I took don't show it very well but I will post them as soon as I get to a computer.
