Anyone have these problems, and/or know what the likely culprit might be? I had the blower breaker trip once, but I had the bow ballast trip muliple times last time out, both filling and emptying. The pump will run for several seconds before doing it, so it isn't a hard failure. Almost seems like a loose wire that is hanging on only until it gets too hot.

I can probably troubleshoot this, which I'd rather do than deal with getting it to my dealer (just due to the added hassel), but if this is a known problem, maybe someone can save me some time?

If its actually tripping the breaker, I'd think you are more likely looking for a short than a loose connection.

When there's a short, it usually does it right away. At least in my experience. This rarely does it right away. It runs for several seconds before tripping.

Sorry, what I meant was an intermittent short. It could be that whatever it is only occasionally touches from vibration of the pumps or movement of the boat.
