What's that plug for? I was thinking about putting a pump for my front ballast bag there since my boat doesn't have the plug and play and I don't wanna drill another hole in the hull. Any one know of a reason I can't use that spot? Or what that hole is there for anyway?

My understanding is that it can be used to drain the bilge when the boat is on the trailer (level) and the rear one may not work as well.

How many thru holes do you have up front? My 09 has 2 and is setup with 4 pumps up front (one pair to fill the tank and the other to fill the sac).

I m not sure how many pumps I have in the front. I was thinking just one. I'll look again as soon as I get to the shop. I have the switch for front on the dash but cant hear anything running when I flip the switch like u can the others.

should be 4 in front. two fill, two drain. The T handle is a bilge plug. My driveway has a pretty good incline, so I never use it.

I never take that plug out either. I always pull the plug at the lake and by the time I get home all the water is out. that's why I was thinking about using it for a pump. Should the pumps be there even since my boat doesn't have the factory plug and play? If so where are the front pumps?

Its a hold over from the direct drive days. Very handy if you dont have an incline drive way or dont want to take the rear plug out.

My front pumps are in the center of hull, just inside the access port by drivers seat in floor.
