I took the cover off the boat today and found stains all over the vinyl. I had it uncovered last week and it was not like this I'm not sure what happened or what to do about it. The stains will not come off I have tried many cleaners and none seam to work is there any chance warranty will cover this.

I could be wrong but that looks like mold. My old boat would do that when i put the cover on and it was wet. 3M makes some mold remover that works fairly well. 2 hours in the sun and it will go away!

That's not dye stain from the cover...like others have said, looks like a moisture/mold issue.

Don't use a mr clean erasure, bleach, or heavy solvent to get it off. Let it sit in HOT sun- Sounds crazy, but I had white vinyl on my old Supra. Dealer left black cover on it during rainstorm outside and when I took it off there were black stains on vinyl. The sun bleached out all of them.
I'd use some Meguires cleaner and then vinyl conditioner. Probably won't take them out, but the sun/heat will fade or erase it...hopefully.

i had the same stains on the back on mine as well. When i took the cover off i spewing, i took it out for a ride, it was in the sun for a few hours and completely disappeared.
Same thing happened a few weeks later, hasn't happened since.
Not sure what cause it but i tried a few cleaners and nothing removed it but the good old sun 8-)

The sun will bleach just about any stain over time. Mildew can be tougher. I know on my Moomba is had to use a Mildew cleaner and the sun. Think I used 303 that was a long time ago though....

I had the same issue on my A22 and they are right, take the cover off let it sit in the sun for 30min and it will be gone.

Simple green if the sun shine thing does not work. The sun always bleached out those spots on my boat.
