Hi.
I'm new to the forum, and I have a strange issue I'm hoping someone here can help with. Recently picked up a used 2016 T23. During the test drive everything was working fine, but now I have a strange problem. The bow fill and drain pumps, the center fill and drain pumps and the bilge pump will not run. Here are the symptoms and what I've tried:
1. Lights on the switches all come on as you would expect 2. Breakers are fine (I have tested them with a meter) 3. Pump cartridges appear to be fine - For this I pulled out one of the rear ballast pumps and swapped it with the bow drain to confirm it wasn't a dead set of pumps. 4. There is no fusebox to check
It's as if there is a power problem to all the pumps below the center hatch, but I've hit the wall in my ability to diagnose and it's a long drive back to the dealer.
I'm really hoping someone here has seen something like this before and can point me at where else to look. Any help appreciated!

File comment: These are the switches that light up but the pumps don't run.

Just in case anyone else ever comes across this issue - it turned out to be a loose connector behind the dash.

Last year my CENTER tank stopped draining. The fill pump is fine, but it will not drain. I pulled the floor out and tried to get my big fat arms into the gap to remove the pump, and realized it would not work. So for quite a while I have a boat that is rather heavy on its trailer.
This has given me hope as I have never looked at the connectors behind the dash. I sure hope that resolves it!
