Boat was in the water for three days, bag were empty, no surfing just cruising. When I put it on the trailer on the ramp I pulled the drain plug and about 2 gallons came out. I normally have water when surfing and people in and out of the boat. Just wondering if this is normal from the shaft seal and/or other plumbing? 2 gallons doesn't seem like a terrible issue. I'd want to know where the leak is and how it changes when the boat is operating. Just having wet people come in and out of the boat will generate some water in the bilge. 2 gallons is more than I'd see come out of mine, but if you were operating the engine during that time it doesn't sound like you have a big leak. I'd want to make sure my engine temps are under control- 160 at full temp. And I'd also want to be sure I didn't see my bilge running constantly while I was underway.
Determine where the leak is and how bad it is. But doesn't sound like time to panic.
