Just bought my new to me 2015 T22... rear upgrades were already done... I am thinking the bags are 750 but not 110% sure.. I had the wakemakers 910 exact fit in my Malibu. What is this hose that’s capped off? Vent? The bags will fill but when they get to 60% they will start collecting air and overflowing it seems... they eventually will fill close to all the way. Drains fine.

What is the flow valve in the back lockers that say Forespar Marelon... are those just to the plug in play and which way should they be turned?

That is another fill line off the fill pump that feeds the hard tank. Axis ran a Y fitting off the fill pump, 1 line went to hard tank and the other line would allow you to fill from the top of bag, there thought was it would fill faster but it really doesn't. Looks like the previous owners capped it off and closed the valve so they could manually burp the bag from the top plug. I added in a vent line on my buddies 15 T23 and another buddies 13 A22. With both boats I closed the valve, capped the line and tucked it out of sight. Here is a pic of what to do for vent off top of bags. They got rid of the valve in 2016 and added a vent line. The pics are what I did.ImageImage

So I should just leave this line alone? When you are talking about a valve are you referring to the Forespar Marelon??

Yes I am talking about the valve you speak of. If you want your bags to fill all the way up I'd just leave that line and valve alone, that way you can twist the top plug of the bag and release the air.

So there is really no way that line could be a vent line to keep from manually burping the bags? Also which way should the valve handle be turned? Thanks for the help

Replace the "air" cap with a threaded fitting and wye that fitting into the vent line.

Is the one capped off the vent? I guess that’s what is throwing me off...

Just trace where it goes..... If it goes to a thru-hull then you can use it as a vent.
If you can't trace it just blow air in it and let someone check the thru-hulls for outflow.

No, it's a fill line from the valve which is not needed.

Confirmed... it does go to the valve line behind the carpet panel.
