I can't be the only sorry soul on this planet to own such a sweet boat but constantly attracting muskrats. I have been to Priest lake Idaho, and now Banks Lake WA, and muskrats have chewed through the surf gate wiring!!!! WTF is going on here?? Anyone else have this same thing happening???

Wow.. I have not heard Priest Lake Idaho in a long time. Spent some time up there in my younger years. Great lake!

It's a problem where I live with field mice, if the sheathing on the wiring is a soy based plastic it attracts hungry varmints like crazy.

I put moth balls around my boat in storage to keep the mice away. That stainless is a great idea.
