Anyone else seeing this? The edges of the surface are starting to peel up where you can see the adhesive below. This is the third season we've had the boat (2015 T23) and its only been in fresh water.

Anyone know if there's an easy fix for this?

Make sure you tape off around the areas that are peeling before you put it on. It will make cleanup much easier. Tape the corners on the mat up as well as a just in case.

Clean under the corners and make sure it is dry. Put the adhesive on there and press the mat down, clean the excess off. Put something with some weight on the corners to hold it down until the adhesive drys.

Mine started peeling up on my 16 A20 after a year, had all 4 pieces replaced with seadeck under warranty, I just had to pay the difference between factory crap and seadeck, so much softer and doesn't get hot. Well worth it. Plus there is a 5th piece for the wedge access door.

I used DAP Contact Cement on mine, as I had this problem as well. Results are meh, as it is starting to peel up again after a few weeks. I did it right too - cut a board and clamps and bricks, it was not due to improper install. I will be going back with something stronger next go round.

My dealer replaced mine under warranty last year at winterization ~105 hours. Don't forget about your warranty boys!

Mine was torn and peeling, the factory wouldn't replace it and glued it back down with some rock hard nasty stuff and I pulled it off to install a ladder a few days ago. With how hard that material is to remove it's amazing that it peels up

I used gorilla glue. Lol. Probably not the smartest move but it is holding like a champ. I have a replacement sitting in my garage if it ever gets beyond repair.
