Does anyone have any recommendations on protecting the back of the boat near up above where the swim platform connects? I have had a couple people fall while surfing and shot the board into the back of the boat leaving some scratches.

I recently just ordered a strip of SeaDek for this exact purpose on my T23. I've not received the finished product yet or I would post some pics but I've seen it done on a few other Axis boats near me and it looks great plus you can customize it if you would like.

So these guys used to have a better website but idk what happened to it. They sell pre-cut film protection kits for all the Axis boats, they're around $300. They took a dremel to it and the gelcoat underneath was perfectly fine.

@Jsteven9 if yoy dont mind me asking how much was the strip of seadek? And are yoy doing a design in it or just plain? @80AMT23 i tried pulling up that vantage website and it just took me to a dealer login page? Do you have to buy it from a dealer? I've considered using the clear bra that they put in cars. Anyone have any experiance with that?

Yeah it looks like you can only buy from a dealer but I messaged them on Facebook and they said they'd sell me a T23 kit directly since the dealer I bought my boat from is no longer in business for $200+shipping

Google 3m paint protection film. Lots of high end car guys use it to protect from rock chips

I added Xpel paint protection film, like people put on vehicles. I also added it in several spots where people step into the boat. It is clear and works great. Cost around $100 to do several spots.

+1 on the clear bra or paint protection film. I used it on my swim deck where the wakeboard fins were putting scuffs on my swim deck while putting them on. Worked like a champ. Buy it on eBay or Amazon.

That's exactly what the Vantage product is but they have precut kits for the Axis boats.
