Just looking for ideas on wakeboard storage when the boat is out of the water and not in use. Have been looking around on line and found a few rack options so just trying to decide if I make something myself or buy something off the shelf

What do you do?

I have seen some really nice home built options.

We sold a number of the board storage rack systems before the company was bought. That option was quick and easy. Not sure if they are still around.

Some shelf track, long arms and some foam pipe cover will do the trick.

That's my setup, sorry not sure why it rotated the image though, the board rack is 2x4 that I angle drilled into and used 1" dowel glued in then covered with noodles

My setup...Image

It's a 2x6 with folding racks from Lowe's screwed into it for the boards. The rolling cart is from Target with a shelf on top and bottom and a rod for hanging stuff and the cover to keep dirt/dust off our stuff in the garage.

Hooks.....https://www.lowes.com/pd/Blue-Hawk-12-8 ... er/3721828

Shelf...http://www.target.com/p/adjustable-5-ti ... 13892293|0

I added casters to the shelf and a few other things, but they sell it all at Target. Nice to be able to roll the car right next to the boat for loading/unloading. And I mounted the board rack high enough that I could stand on the platform and put all the boards on the rack.

Someyeahoo that's what we have done for the last few years the ends get damaged. We have collected about 9 boards we need to store now for everyone and the corner become a wall and around another corner which is just to much room
