2009 A22 Capacity Plate - where is it?

Just bought a 2009 that was previously owned by a forum member. I was wondering if anyone can tell me where the capacity plate is as I have not been able to locate it. Also, could you tell me what the official capacity numbers are for the 09?

Welcome to the forum. On mine the plate is in the drivers footwell insert. I can get an image tomorrow - I think its 13 passengers.

Thanks for the reply - an image would be great. I have looked in that area and there is nothing there. However, there is a subwoofer that is mounted in the footwell area and is behind a vented fiberglass area - it wouldn't be back that far would it?

should be directly below the throttle.

Definitely not there... Im not sure if I need to get a replacement or if I can operate without.

Sounds like the footwell may have been replaced and the sub moved there. Here's the image.

Crazy that the 2009 has a 13 person capacity and my 12' has a 15 person capacity.

I believe the '10 has a 15 person capacity. Not sure what changed, but I agree - kinda crazy.
