So, purchased boat this spring and have been surfing throughout summer on a board given to me by dealer. As you can imagine, not the greatest board but was pretty indestructible. Seems to have a lot of drag so finding the sweet spot of the wave can be tough. Anyway, looking to get something new and was curious what everyones favorite board is. I have a T23. Im 6'0" and 180lbs....

Thanks in advance for the input!!!

Baxter

If you're looking for a custom board I would highly recommend DoomSwell. Top notch right there, they actually have a sale going on for "ugly ducklings" where it has a minor defect and they were like 50% off.

Soulcraft is a good one as well.

If your looking for a mass produced board then Ronix makes some good intermediate boards.

I've heard great things on the happy pill by liquid force. Although I haven't rode one.

If skim is more your style I recommend Victoria. I have me one and its money!

I guess it all depends on riding style and skill level. I would get a skim and surf board though. Then you can see what suits you best.

We will need a little more info. on your riding style. If your looking for a fun all around board the liquid force primo is a lot of fun. It's kind of hybrid skim/surf. My wife and I did a liquid force demo day and we had a ton of fun on that board. We really like our surf style boards though and are looking at soulcraft.

Love my soulcraft HC... but I would not buy a soulcraft as a "boat board" I would stuck to a ronix for that. We have a coal tail (2015?) And it's very popular for most.

I've been like the Liquid Force Primo. Very fast & yet forgiving. Stays in pocket very well. Also have a Brigade Echo that I like as well. But the Primo you can set up skim or surf style.
