Surfgate switch tone

Does anyone know if the new boats (I have a '16 t23) are supposed to have a time when you switch the surfgate? I thought something was supposed beep in the tower speakers. Is there any type of notification for the surfer to switch?

We just use our hand. Once the driver flips the switch they will raise their hand into the air. That way you, as the surfer, can get a fairly accurate count for the transfer. This works well for us.

Same here but I'm installing a LED light bar to flash on transfer.

My dealer will be doing the install for me when I get a chance to get it there. We use our boat so much I can't be without it.

Yeah my REAL Q is whether there's a plug-n-play way to do this or whether some reverse engineering of the SG box has to be done.

We have a 2016 and its mentioned in the user manual. We asked our dealer and they said there was an issue with the parts supplier and they ended not being able to provide them in the 2016 but that the user manuals had already been printed. Let me know if you get your dealer to install one. We kind of dropped it but am interested to see if anyone else has any luck.
