Picked up my 2016 A22 last weekend. I went with the sp2 option and am having trouble with the sub. The sub has not put out a sound since I got it from the dealer. I have it turned up in the head unit and still nothing. Anyone had a similar issue or have any ideas? The amps are both getting power.

It should be running off the HT6 amp, pull the black cover off the end and check your settings for channel 5/6. Gain level, set to low pass at about 80 hrtz. You can pull the other end and make sure the black and red speaker wire is plugged in and lastly pull the screws on the black cubby the sub is mounted to and make sure they hooked the wires up to the sub. I have found a few mistakes on my 2016 A20.

Check the rca connections my boat had a bad pop and crack on one side of the tower ended up being a half pushed in rca. If rcas check out and the amp settings check wiring from the amp yo the sub

There is a setting buried somewhere in the radio to turn the sub output on and off. Might try searching for the radio owners manual.

This is something I'd have had checked prior to taking delivery. Have you engaged your dealer?

Forgive me for stating the obvious but have you turned up the gain knob mounted under the dash to the right of the steering wheel?

Had the same thing happen to me last summer when I picked up my 2015 T22. Mine happen to be that the speaker wires inside the box were not hooked up to the sub. Luckily I checked that before dragging it all the way back to the dealer. I checked all the above mentioned suggestions before I took the sub out..hope you get it figured out.
