What pressure are you guys running your tires at? I think the side of the tire says 50, and mine are over 50 but still look a little flat to me.

what rims do you have?

the pimped trailer with the big rims is going to be different than the standard trailer

My standard trailer with the 15" rims and 225x65 tires I run between 60 and 65

I have the low profile tires and I keep them at 50. Do you have a picture of one of them?

It's funny that you brought this up, I noticed the same thing. I picked up my boat/trailer with the stock tires on Friday and they looked a little low from the dealer and I checked them all to be right at 50 so I went on my way. On Saturday afternoon we pulled into the marina and we had a flat on the rear right tire but the valet at the marina plugged and patched it the best that he could. It was a hole in the side wall so I knew it would have to be replaced. I asked the dealer why the boat doesn't come with a spare tire and he said don't worry, you can use the boatmate 24hr roadside assistance. I tried to use the boat mate roadside assistance and they are worse than useless. They couldn't help unless I had a spare tire, which I didn't have at the time that I called them. The patch lasted just long enough to make it to Academy (local outdoor store) and I picked up a couple of spares. Then I realized that I did not have the right size wrench to remove the lug nuts from the trailer and had to barrow a wrench from some dude in the store. It really turned into a headache by the end of the day. Anyways, the replacement tires came with about 60lbs so I pumped up the rest of the tires to about the same and it has been riding a lot smoother ever since.

These are the tires that came on the trailer.

All right, I finally got around to getting pictures up.

Don't they look a little flat? And the boat is completely empty in these pictures, although a little bow down in the driveway (which should REDUCE the weight on the tires since some is on the jackstand.) Each of these tires is over 50 psi (I'm not sure how much over 50, because that's as high as my little tire gauge goes, but I've never put air into them.) They are class "C" tires and they say on the side "Maximum weight of 1760 per tire at 50 psi." So after much research on the internet, I believe 50 is the not only the maximum tire pressure, but the correct tire pressure for a class C tire. There are class D tires (70 psi) and class E tires (90 psi) but these are class C.

I still think they look flat though.

trailer tires are supposed to be a little flat looking, its part of the suspension of the trailer to have a little sidewall flex
