Has anyone gotten the drop in cooler (specifically on the 2015 A22) and realized it won't open without actually removing 2 cushions? Or is it just my boat? Poor design.

Ya mine was the same way. Very poor design. If ordering don't waste your money

If it's the white cooler you can get it at Walmart for $20-$25 for the exact cooler

I think they were referring to having to remove two seat cushions on the A22 to get access to the cooler versus the one that has to be removed on the A24 that we have.

I realized that but I was just saying if they didn't want to spend the $80-$100 for exact same Igloo at Walmart.

My T22 came with the cooler and I can get open it removing only 1 seat cushion. Maybe it's placed differently between boats?

Yes, different boats means different cushion placement

I have a 2015 A22 and it seemed like you could get to the igloo cooler by only removing one cushion, but between the cost and not so smooth design we went with a soft cooler that fits better and was easier to access for drinks.

Watch Costco for soft coolers. Last year they had them for $20.00 in 4 different colors. I got two that match my vapor blue '13 A20 and they fit great.
