I'm finalizing my 15 T22 order this week and am on the fence on ordering the Fresh Air Exhaust. Can anyone with some experience with one help me with the following questions?

1. Does the FAE get in the way of operating the Wedge through the swim platform access hatch? Does it affect the wake at all?

2. Does the FAE get in the way or create any other issues, anything I should be aware of when ordering this?


3. Would you rather get the Silent Exhaust tips or keep the FAE?

1. FAE will make the wedge more difficult to release and pull up through the hatch in the platform. More difficult but not impossible.

2. Is very quiet but has known to throw a little extra spray depending on how it is set up. Very minimal for the addition and most consider the quiet and no fumes worth it. Not many fumes anyway with the cats these days.

3. Either are fine. I like mine without the FAE. Wedge is much easier to operate and I like to hear my motor. I had FAE on my last boat so I have had it both ways.
