I run 750s in the rear and the bow sack (unsure of the size) full as well as all hard tanks. Wedge down we found to be better push. And around 10.6 to 11mph depending on rider. Hope this helps. Btw I have 330hp and 2419 prop.

What RPMs are you running with that setup? How big is your crew on a typical day?

Around 3000 rpm and we usually have anywhere from 3 to 12 ppl we are at about 1700 feet elevation.

Here are two links with pictures to the way we setup our 2014 T22 and our 2015 T22.

2014 T22
Ballast: Stock Full, 900lb Sumos in the rear, Sumo triangle bow under the seats (550lbs or so), 400lbs on top of the seats, wedge was deployed for surf and retraced for skim

2015 T22 weighted the same as my first post in this thread.

900lbs - Stock hard tanks
2850lbs - PnP - Sumo 900lbs in the rear lockers (1800lbs) and an 1100lb* sac on the bow seats.
800lbs of people weight
Wedge deployed with surfgate
11.5-12mph depending on the rider preference.
